Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes, which are not included in the order total.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in new, unworn condition with original packaging. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth return process.
Return Conditions
- Items must be free of scuffs, marks, or signs of wear
- Original tags must still be attached
- Shoes must be returned with original dust bags if included
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high standards of hygiene and quality, the following cannot be returned:
- Stiletto Heels with visible wear marks on soles
- Flat Sandals with removed protective soles
- Any items purchased during final sale promotions

Refund Processing

Exchanges
For size exchanges on our Court Sneakers or Wedges collections:
