Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in new, unworn condition with original packaging. Please note:
- Items must be free of scuffs, marks, or signs of wear
- Original tags must still be attached
- Shoes must be returned with original dust bags if included
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high standards of hygiene and quality, the following cannot be returned:
- Stiletto Heels with visible wear marks on soles
- Flat Sandals with removed protective soles
- Any items purchased during final sale promotions

- Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective items
Exchanges
For size exchanges on our Court Sneakers or Wedges collections:
- We’ll ship your new item once we process the return
- No additional shipping charges for U.S. exchanges
- International exchanges may incur additional shipping fees
